Come join Christine for a hopping hot vinyasa flow class on Easter Sunday! Move breathe and give thanks with ease before the big Easter egg hunt! This class will incorporate creative sun salutes and simplicity of yoga poses in a class that is sure to get you hopping! (IN MORE THAN ONE WAY). A great way to celebrate the Easter season. Charity donation of unopened Mouthwash and boxes or cases of Kleenex and or bags of hard candy is requested but optional. These are items the little sisters of the poor have requested for there facility.
